- Natural (un-primed, un-sanded) and primed options available.

- Spray finished top coat available on request.
- Please note, the machining process of these panels may cause the material to bow.
Please note: Adding primer may increase the lead time by approx. 3-5 working days
The dimensioned drawing shows the profile of the panel when machined with a brand-new cutter. The effect of sharpening on the cutters softens the profile slightly. This is only noticeable when comparing one panel against another that were purchased separately at different times.

Fluted MDF panels Cut to Size
We also offer a Fluted MDF panel cut to size service. Not only does this service allows you to order your panels in the actual height and width you require, we will also adjust the pitch (the distance between the flutes) to ensure your panels fit your space without any unsightly partial flutes.
Our cut to size service can also allow for a neat transition where two panels meet at an angle, avoiding awkward partial flutes and providing a natural connection between the two panels.
Bespoke Fluted MDF
If you are looking for a Bespoke Fluted MDF panel profile that requires a particular pitch, or depth of flute, or even diagonal Fluted MDF panels, then please get in touch, if it can be made, it is very unlikely that we would not be able to make it for you.
