Traditional Astragal Wall Panel Moulding
We manufacture our astragal wall panel moulding in-house from a high-quality, moisture-resistant MDF called Hidrofugo.
This classic moulding replicates the exact features of a traditional astragal profile, namely a rounded central bead edged on either side with a subtle cove profile.
The profile measures 35mm in height/width and just under 18mm (17.8mm) in depth and is available in either 1500mm or 2950mm lengths.
Our astragal moulding is perfect for creating that classic framed wall panelling effect and can also be used as a discrete slimline dado rail around the perimeter of any room.
The quality of the material we use ensures a smooth finish straight off the machines and will require less effort to get a good finish. If you would prefer us to sand and prime your astragal mould please select primed in the finish drop down.
