Tongue & Groove Panelling

To compliment our our range of MDF wall panelling products we have created a range of Tongue and Groove Panelling in two different thicknesses, three different pitches (the distance between the grooves), 75mm, 100mm. 150mm and a “random” pitch option.

The random pitch T&G wall panelling option has a selection of pitches ranging from 75mm to 200mm and provides a less uniform, slightly more modern, twist to the standard options. We can also provide custom pitches upon request.

Our Tongue and Groove wall panelling is supplied “cut to size” and ready to fit. To place your order, type in your preferred centres (the distance between grooves), enter the height you would like your panelling, followed by the width of your wall, and then add to cart”. If you have multiple walls you to clad, please enter the details for each wall, working from left to right, and add to your cart separately.

Once we receive your order we will call you to establish the layout of your panelling so we can allow for the panel thickness where the panels meet in the corners.

In addition, and regardless of  your wall length, we will ensure your panels always start, and end, with half a groove, or more, and ensure that all joins between your panels fall within the groove to avoid unsightly joint lines on the face.

Bespoke Tongue & Groove Panelling

Our in house CNC Routing capabilities means we can also produce Bespoke Tongue and Groove Panelling to your own requirements. We can change the pitch to any width you desire and can also produce extra deep T&G wall panels to any specification, or design, you need.

To achieve deeper Tongue and groove boards we need to increase the thickness of the material. This allows us to cut a V-groove up to 15mm wide and 10mm deep from a 15mm board, and wider and deeper grooves from thicker boards, without compromising the strength.

Tongue & Groove Dado Rail

To finish off your wall T&G MDF paneling you may want to consider one of our Tongue & Groove Dado Rail options. Initially developed sit on top of our shaker style wall panelling, each of our dado features a rebated groove to allow it to sit perfectly on top of our standard 6mm or 9mm Tongue and groove panels. It can also be adapted to fit on 12mm, and deeper, bespoke T&G panels.

Made from the same high quality moisture resistant MDF as our wall cladding panels, the dado just needs a light sand, prior to a coat or two of primer/undercoat, and prior to top coating in a colour of your choice. Our Tongue and Groove dado rail can also be be supplied pre-primed upon request.
