Our standard range of MDF Tongue and Groove wall panelling products are produced on 9mm moisture resistant MDF board and are available in three standard pitches (distance between grooves), 100mm. 150mm and a “random” pitch option.
The random pitch T&G wall panelling has a selection of pitches ranging from 75mm to 200mm and provides a less uniform, slightly more modern, twist to the standard options.
To order our Tongue and Groove panelling online simply type in your preferred centres (he distance between grooves) and then type in the height you would like your panelling followed by the width of your wall and then 2add to cart”. If you have multiple walls you to clad, please enter the details for each wall, working from left to right, and add to your cart separately.
Once we receive your order we will call you to establish the layout of your panelling and compensate for the panel thickness. All joins between the panels will fall within a groove to ensure they are as discrete as possible.
Our precision cutting service can cut your panels to any size you wish. Our sheets always start and end with half a groove so, if your wall requires more than one panel, you can be sure your joins will be in the groove and discrete.
In addition to the three standard options we provide from stock, we can also produce bespoke Tongue and Groove cladding, and V-Groove panelling, to your own requirements. We can change the pitch to any width you desire and can also produce extra deep tongue and groove wall panelling to any spec you wish.
To achieve extra wide grooves we need to increase the thickness of the board. This allows us to cut a V-groove up to 15mm wide and 10mm deep without compromising the strength of the board.
To finish off your wall paneling you may want to consider our gorgeous Tongue & Groove Dado Rail. Initially developed sit on top of our shaker style wall panelling the dado feature a rebated groove to allow it to sit perfectly on top of our standard 9mm panels and bespoke 12mm T&G panels.
Made from the same high quality moisture resistant MDF as our wall cladding panels, the dado just needs a light sand, prior to a coat or two of primer/undercoat and prior to top coating in a colour of your choice.
