Each cabinet is precision-cut on a CNC router and features rabbet jointed corners, a solid top panel, and a 19mm rebated back panel. Supplied fully assembled with ultra-rigid, glued and screwed construction, these units are built to last.

Unlike some suppliers who use pre-lacquered boards, we only manufacture using uncoated, high-quality Birch Plywood with a real oak veneer finish. Once assembled, our cabinets are sprayed in-house with a water-based polyurethane varnish, sealing the joints against moisture ingress and ensuring a much longer lifespan.
