Oak Bead & Butt Wall Panelling
The natural colouring of the oak blends perfectly with the colouring of the standard MDF core to produce a realistic solid oak effect bead and butt panelling.
Whilst the panel is not moisture resistant any PU based interior varnish or lacquer will protect it enough for use in low humidity environments and will also protect the panelling from greasy fingerprints and the ingress of dust etc.
As standard the panels can be ordered with either 50mm, 75mm, 100mm, 120mm, 150mm or 200mm groove spacings with bespoke groove spacings available upon request.

How to order Bead & Butt Cut to Size
Whether you’re panelling a single wall or an entire room, this is the easiest way to order your panels. Simply enter the height that you would like your panelling to be and the width of your wall. We will work out the optimum number of panels and ensure the end spacings are equal.
A second wall can be added by saving your first wall to your basket and then starting the process again. If your second wall panel butts up against the first, you will need to remove the thickness of the panelling from the overall length of the second panel.
Please note…
Where relevant, you may need to take the height of your skirting board into account. We will always assume the grooves run top to bottom, floor to ceiling. If you would like horizontal grooves instead of vertical, please let us know in your order notes.
Order Panels Cut to Size
Selecting the Panel Size option allows you to enter your own dimensions for the individual panels you require.
Don’t forget to select the orientation of the panels and remember that portrait orientation is tall and slim, whilst landscape is short and wide.
Whichever ordering method you choose, you will need to select your preferred thickness (when available) and bead spacings (pitch). We will ensure the bead spacings are correctly centred and equally spaced along the board, particularly on the ends.
Full sheets
You can order full sheets in either landscape or portrait format. In either case, the grooves will run vertically, from top to bottom.
If you would like your grooves to run horizontally, then order your panel in the opposite format, portrait instead of landscape, landscape instead of portrait, for example.
