Fire-Rated Bead and Butt Wall Panelling

We produce our fire-rated bead and butt panelling using high-quality fire-rated MDF from Medite.

The panelling is available to order online in a choice of five thicknesses and the option to choose from six standard pitch variations, including 50mm, 75mm, 100mm, 120mm, 150mm and 200mm

As we design and manufacture the panels in-house, we can also provide the option for bespoke groove spacing to suit your specific design requirements.

How to order Fire-Rated MDF T&G Panelling Cut to Size

We offer two online options for fire-rated panels cut to size. One is based on your individual panel sizes, the other on the width of your walls.

The first option allows you to enter your wall dimensions so we can calculate the number and size of the panels required to fit your wall. The second allows you to order individual panels cut to your own specific sizes.

Option 1: Enter your wall dimensions

Whether you are panelling a single wall or an entire room, the easiest way to order is via our Wall Size option.

Just enter the height you would like the panelling and the width of your wall, and we will work out and cut the optimum number of panels and ensure the end spacings are equal.

To add a second wall simply, add the first wall to your basket and start the process again. If it is an adjoining wall, you will need to remove the thickness of the panelling from the overall length.

When ordering via this method, we assume the beads will run vertically from floor to ceiling.

 

Option 2: Individual panel sizes

Selecting the Panel Size option allows you to enter your own dimensions for the individual panels you require.

Don’t forget to select the orientation of the panels and remember that portrait orientation is tall and slim, whilst landscape is short and wide.

Whichever ordering method you choose, you will need to select your preferred thickness and bead spacings (pitch). We will ensure the bead spacings are correctly centred and equally spaced along the board.
