Finsa 9AU Roble Mina is a Blackened Oak effect board that features Finsa’s Boreal finish. The Boreal finish provides a very fine-grained finish with subtle changes between a light sheen and a matt finish.

Finsa Roble Mina Boreal is a Black Oak effect MDF board with a durable melamine face and a fine wood grained finish. It is ideal for all interior cabinetry projects including bedroom furniture, kitchen cabinetry and media furniture and TV walls.
It is available from stock in 18mm (double-sided) and 8mm (single-sided with Hickory Frida reverse). The 8mm is ideal for cabinet and wardrobe back panels or draw bases.
Both thicknesses are available to order in full sheets, cut to size, or cut to shape with additional services such as CNC Routing, Drilling and Grooving available upon request. Edging is available for the 18mm board ordered either cut to size or in half sheets.

Naturally, it’s black colouring allows this board to pair with pretty much any colour or wood effect you wish. We particularly like to see it paired with Finsa’s Nogal Valentina or their Lecer Boreal, the latter sharing the same fine grain detail and finish.
Similar Products
Roble Mina is very similar in appearance to Egger’s black wood effect U999 ST19. The Finsa board is less shiny whilst the Egger board has more noticeable wood grain effect. Both products provide a modern twist on the classic, on trend, Black Ash furniture board.

Q. Is this board suitable for use in bathrooms.
It is not recommended for use in bathrooms however, if the edges are well protected (edged or painted), the humidity is not to high and it is not exposed to water it should be OK.
Q. Is the board suitable for AV furniture?
This product is ideal for making AV furniture., It can also be used for media walls and TV surrounds.
Q. Is this board available in 12mm?
This board is only available in 18mm and 8mm. The 8mm is single sided and has Finsa’s Hickory Frida on the reverse.
