Black Dyed MDF Bead and Butt Panelling
Our black-dyed MDF bead & butt panelling will make an impressive and bold statement to any interior design application.
As with each of our bead & butt wall panelling designs, we offer a selection of “standard” pitch options including 50mm, 75mm, 100mm, 120mm, 150mm & 200mm. If something a little more bespoke is required, we can produce these panels to any pitch upon request.
Unlike our paintable Bead & Butt panelling, this version is dyed throughout using a black pigment. This eliminates the need for paint and needs only a couple of coats of clear lacquer to protect it.

How to order Black MDF T&G Panelling Cut to Size
You can order black MDF bead & butt wall panelling either cut to size to fit your wall or as individually sized panels.
The first option allows you to enter your wall dimensions so we can calculate the number and size of the panels required to fit your wall.
The second allows you to order individual panels cut to your own custom sizes.
Option 1: Enter your wall dimensions
Whether you are panelling a single wall or an entire room, the easiest way to order is via our Wall Size option.
Just enter the height you would like the panelling and the width of your wall, and we will work out and cut the optimum number of panels and ensure the end spacings are equal.
To add a second wall simply, add the first wall to your basket and start the process again. If it is an adjoining wall, you will need to remove the thickness of the panelling from the overall length.
When ordering via this method, we assume the beads will run vertically from floor to ceiling.
Option 2: Individual panel sizes
Selecting the Panel Size option allows you to enter your own dimensions for the individual panels you require.
Don’t forget to select the orientation of the panels and remember that portrait orientation is tall and slim, whilst landscape is short and wide.
Whichever ordering method you choose, you will need to select your preferred thickness and bead spacings (pitch). We will ensure the bead spacings are correctly centred and equally spaced along the board.

FAQs
What does “pitch” refer to?
The pitch refers to the distance between the centre of each bead. For example, a 75mm pitch means each bead, from centre to centre, is 75mm apart from the next.
Can you produce bespoke bead and butt panelling?
Yes, we alter the pitch and even create random pitch boards to your own spec. We can also cut bead and butt panels to shape.
