Birch Plywood Kitchen Corner Wall Cabinets
Our Birch Plywood Kitchen Corner Wall Cabinets are designed for strength, accuracy, and long-term durability.
Designed and manufactured in-house, each cabinet is CNC router cut for precision and features rebated joints to accept the top, bottom, and rear panels. The exceptional accuracy of the CNC machining, along with its glued and screwed construction and solid 18mm back panels, ensures square, rigid, and long-lasting cabinets.

* Our cabinets are glued and screwed together with the screws visible on the sides. You will need to use end panels to hide the screws.
** If you choose to have your cabinets lacquered, they will only be fully finished on the inside and front facing edges. The top, bottom and side panels will only be lacquered to a distance of 100mm from the front face of the cabinet. This is standard practice for lacquered solid wood and plywood cabinets.

Built to Last
Naturally, our method of construction, along with the glued and screwed carcass, provides a solid foundation for a durable, long-lasting cabinet.
To ensure our corner wall cabinets deliver their full life expectancy, they will need to be lacquered. You can either do this yourself or we can do it for you using a 20% sheen clear water-based polyurethane lacquer.
If you decide to lacquer your own carcasses, we recommend two good coats, with sanding in between, of either water-based or oil-based polyurethane (PU) lacquer to protect the wood and seal the joints.
A freshen-up every couple of years with a single coat of the same lacquer type will ensure these cabinets last a lifetime.
