Each of our cabinets is precision cut on a CNC router and features rabbet jointed corners, a solid top panel, a solid rebated back panel and is supplied fully assembled with an ultra rigid, glued and screwed, construction.

In addition, some companies will manufacture their cabinets using a pre-lacquered Plywood board. Our cabinets are only produced from uncoated high quality Birch Plywood board. Once assembled, our cabinets are then sprayed, in-house, with a water based Polyurethane varnish. The benefit of this method is that the varnish seals the joints to provide a barrier against moisture ingress. This, in turn, contributes towards a much longer lasting cabinet.
