Plywood Wall Panels
Our plywood wall panels are manufactured from high-quality plywood sheets, offering a durable and natural wood finish suitable for modern and traditional interiors.
Currently available in tongue & groove and bead & butt designs, these panels provide clean linear detailing with visible layered plywood detailing.
Panels can be supplied as full sheets, cut-to-size panels, or calculated to suit your exact wall dimensions. When wall sizes are provided, we optimise the layout to ensure balanced spacing and equal end spacings for a professional finish.
Both designs offer six groove spacing options between 50mm and 200mm. This allows you to tailor the design of the panels to suit your own project needs.
Optional clear lacquering is available to enhance durability and protect the surface while maintaining the natural appearance of the plywood.
All panels are precision CNC-machined in-house in the UK for consistent detailing and accurate fitment.

FAQ's
Are birch plywood wall panels moisture-resistant?
Whilst the glue used to bond the plywood layers is a waterproof Class 3 Phenolic, the plywood is not moisture resistant and will need to be lacquered or painted to protect the panels from moisture.
Does birch plywood panelling need to be sealed?
Yes. The wood finish is porous and will need to be sealed, usually with a clear lacquer or protective wood stain to protect against fingerprints and the ingress of dirt.
Can birch plywood panels be stained with a coloured wood-effect finish?
Yes, please see above.
Can birch plywood wall panels be painted?
Yes, although the use of our paintable MDF wall panelling would be a more cost-effective solution.
