Medium Fluted MDF Wall Panelling

This medium fluted wall panelling features a 30mm wide x 5mm deep flute that sits comfortably between our standard and mini fluted designs.

The design was originally requested by a client for a bespoke project in Worcestershire. To accommodate the unique profile, we commissioned two CNC router cutters to be made.

The medium fluted range currently comprises four product variations, including a black dyed and coloured MDF, both with the option of pre-sanding and 2 coats of clear lacquer, a fire-rated option and, of course, a paintable moisture-resistant MDF version with the option of pre-sanding and priming.

Except for the coloured MDF version, each of the variations mentioned above is available to order online in a range of thicknesses from 9mm, perfect for applying directly to walls, up to 25mm thick, which is ideal for wardrobe and cabinet doors.

Our online ordering process only allows for full sheets; however, we can provide cut to size, cut to shape and bespoke spacing options upon request.
