Fluted wall panels are one of our best-selling decorative panel options and are available in Large, Standard, Medium, Mini, Classic Mini and Micro styles.

We produce each panel in-house and can supply them with full FSC certification upon request. You can choose between paintable fluted panels, in either unprimed or primed, or specialist boards including fire-rated, black-dyed and Valchromat in a range of colours.

      Our growing fluted wall panelling range comprises six standard designs ranging from large to micro. Each style is available in landscape or portrait, a range of sheet sizes and a selection of materials, including…

      • Moisture-resistant (un-primed or primed options).

      Regardless of the design or material you choose,we can supply the panels in “full sheets” , cut to size or cut to shape upon request.

      Below is a brief introduction to each of the fluted panels offered within our range.

      Large Fluted Wall Panels

      We designed and developed this large fluted design for a customer and added it to our range back in 2021, and as of 2025, this design is still unique to us.

      Its large, gently undulating form makes it ideal for bold design statements in larger commercial, retail or domestic applications such as feature walls, bar fronts, TV walls and much more.

      In its paintable form, this design is available in an 18mm or 22mm board. We can go thicker than 22mm; however, because of the depth of cut, we cannot go thinner than 18mm.

      Standard Fluted MDF Panels

      Our Standard Fluted Panels offer a classic ribbed design and have featured in a broad range of projects, from hairdressing salons to lift lobbies and many other interior design applications.

      This board is one of our most popular designs and owes its inspiration to the fluted columns that once supported, and continue to support, the buildings of the ancient Greeks and Romans.

      It is available in a paintable, moisture-resistant MDF which can be ordered in either an unprimed or pre-primed finish.

      Medium Fluted MDF Panelling

      This is another bespoke customer solution that impressed us enough to make its way into our fluted panelling range.

      Compared to our standard fluted design, medium fluted panels feature a narrower pitch and softer, much shallower, grooves or flutes.

      Because the groove depth is relatively shallow, it is possible to machine this from thinner material than the large or standard variations.

      Classic Mini Fluted

      Our classic mini fluted design features a relatively deep groove with relatively broad unmachined spaces in between.

      The design allows us to produce it from black-dyed MDF, and a range of real-wood veneered panels, including oak, walnut and eucalyptus.

      As with all of our fluted panel designs, it is available as full sheets, cut to size and cut to shape. We can also easily adjust the pitch of this design to achieve a perfect fit.

      Mini Fluted MDF Panels

      Mini Fluted Panels offer a fine, sophisticated look and are perfect for half-height wall panelling projects or cabinet doors and drawer fronts.

      The panels are available in a range of MDF products, including paintable moisture resistant, Valchromat, black-dyed and fire rated.

      Micro Fluted MDF Panels

      The Micro Fluted Wall Panel design is similar to our mini fluted design but features a narrower pitch and a fuller groove.

      Like the mini fluted version, it is ideal for smaller projects such as door frames, pelmets, feature panels, drawer fronts and cabinet doors.

      As with all our fluted panels, we can offer custom pitch adjustments to ensure a perfect fit – avoiding unsightly partial flutes and supporting clean, continuous installations. Just contact our team with your requirements.

      Fire Rated Fluted Wall Panels

      Each of the designs listed above is available in a Class B fire-rated MDF. This board is generally only used in commercial applications where the building regulations specify a particular standard of fire safety.

      Custom & Cut-to-Size Fluted Panels

      Because we manufacture in-house using CNC technology, we can customise flute spacing and panel sizing to suit your exact requirements. This is particularly useful for projects with fixed widths and or corners.

      We can also cut apertures or flat spots into panels. This is perfect for mounting sockets,  light switches or any other instances that may require bespoke adaptations.

      To communicate your requirements, we would need either a simple dimensioned sketch or a technical drawing in a PDF or DXF format. This will allow us to see the feasibility of the project and provide a quotation.

      Fluted Panels Manufacturing & Delivery

      Precision Cutting and Shaping

      We produce each of our fluted MDF panel designs in-house on one of our CNC Routing machines. CNC technology ensures repeatable accuracy and exceptionally clean cutting.

      We have our own spray booth and can offer pre-sanding and priming to reduce on-site preparation and to help towards getting that perfect finish.
